Refreshments: 2 vouchers for tea or coffee will be
issued to stall holders. Cakes and slices will be sold in aid of The Hospice in
the Weald. More substantial refreshments are available in the town – or bring
your own.
Unloading
and Parking: For unloading, cars
can be parked on the road outside the hall for the short time it takes. Cars
will then have to be parked in the town’s free car parks. These are only a
short walk from the Hall.
There is a flight of stairs
from the street up to the hall, though to avoid those there is a ramp and short
path to a side entrance. A small trolley/wheels to transport your loads might
be useful.
Publicity: The organisers will publicise the
event in Kent and East Sussex. We aim to place adverts in Hastings, Tunbridge
Wells, Tenterden, Rye and Ashford, and further afield via local newspapers,
magazines and shops; on-line marketing methods will also be used.
Stall holders also distribute
fliers in their local area.
